Mitsubishi Motors Assistance Package (MAP) has been designed to enhance your Mitsubishi ownership experience by providing you with peace of mind motoring. It has been tailored to ensure that there is minimum disruption to you and your passengers should you ever experience a problem at home or whilst on holiday in Continental Europe.


If you are unfortunate enough to have an incidence such as

  • – Mechanical or electrical breakdown
  • – Road traffic accident
  • – Fuel problem
  • – Lost or broken key
  • – Puncture or valve leak
  • – Vandalism or attempted theft

Simply call the number provided on your MAP card / MAP sticker in your Mitsubishi vehicle – we have agents available to take your call 24/7.


In order to demonstrate our commitment to your mobility and the faith we have in the reliability of our vehicles, you will receive a free MAP card valid for 5 years with your new Mitsubishi. With MAP your mobility is guaranteed at home in Ireland and in more than 30 countries throughout Europe!


Whenever possible we will try to fix the vehicle by the roadside but if the problem cannot be resolved, we will pay the costs of taking your vehicle to the nearest Authorised Mitsubishi Dealer or nearest Mitsubishi Authorised Service Point.


If we cannot fix your vehicle we will ensure that you reach your destination without further inconvenience. We will organise a replacement car for you to ensure that you stay mobile. Alternatively taxi transportation, first class train tickets or economy air travel may be arranged.


If repair or onward travel is not suitable then we will even organise Hotel accommodation for you and your passengers!
